Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Operator and scope
Relais Frontière is operated by 100heures d’Eve, SAS, RCS Besançon 104 953 112, 30 Rue des Pareuses, 25300 Pontarlier, France. These terms cover parcel reception/pickup in France and, when selected, forwarding to Switzerland.
2. Orders and customer information
Customers must provide accurate recipient, parcel, value and goods information whenever requested. Information shown before confirmation forms part of the service record.
3. Price and payment
The applicable price is the one confirmed for the selected service. Payment may be online or on pickup depending on the option offered. Any required adjustment is presented to the customer for acceptance.
4. Reception and pickup
The pickup point receives the parcel for the customer. The customer must follow addressing instructions and provide the elements required for collection. The free-storage period shown in the customer journey remains applicable.
5. Forwarding to Switzerland
Forwarding is a separate service from pickup. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of goods information and required supporting documents. Transport follows the accepted option and carrier conditions.
6. Liability and evidence
Case statuses, confirmations, acceptance evidence, transactions and documents retained by the platform provide traceability. Detailed limitations and rules remain those of the French reference version.
7. Withdrawal and governing law
Withdrawal rights and applicable exceptions are described on the dedicated page. The contract is governed by French law subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
