Identity and contact details, order and parcel data, tracking information, photos where applicable, payment references, forwarding-file information, documents and technical logs required for the service. Relais Frontière does not store full payment-card details.
3. Purposes
Order and case management, reception and pickup, forwarding, transactional communications, payments and refunds, security, legal obligations and, with consent, analytics and advertising.
4. Recipients
Data is shared only when needed with partner pickup points, Base44, Stripe, Resend, carriers, Google after consent and legally authorized authorities. Personal data is not sold.
5. Retention and rights
Data is kept for the time required for the service and legal obligations. GDPR rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
6. Cookies
Necessary cookies support operation. Analytics and marketing tools load only where required consent has been given and can be changed through cookie settings.
